1. What is TrueView?
Intel® TrueView is an immersive media format that enables new viewing experiences. By harnessing the power of volumetric video we can create new stories with interactivity and unbounded perspectives of the game. TrueView uses strategically placed cameras surrounding the entire stadium. This approach allows the visual information that would normally be captured as 2D pixels to be captured as 3D pixels (aka "voxels").
2. How can I reset my password?
You can either use the password reset link on the log in screen or you can directly use this link and change your password.
3. I am logged in but I am not seeing any content, why?
First, make sure your wifi or cellular data is turned on. If they are turned on and you are still experiencing a technical difficulty you can contact us here to let us know the issue you are having.
4. I submitted an issue using the link you provided. When should I expect to hear back?
You will hear back within 24 to 48 hours.
5. How do I know when a new True View game is available to me?
You will receive a mobile push notification each time a new game is available to watch. To ensure you receive our notifications please make sure your Push Notifications are turned within your Settings.
You can also go to the Schedule tab to view the Game Day in TrueView schedule.
6. Why do I only see select teams?
Currently, we are only producing content for select games played in Indianapolis and Tampa Bay. Over time and as we learn, we plan to expand to the other teams.
7. Can I share this new experience with others?
The experience is only available to an exclusive group of fans at this time. The Terms & Conditions which participating users have agreed to do not allow users to share, redistribute, or otherwise discuss this content.
8. How can I provide feedback about the experience?
Please ensure that you are providing your feedback through the surveys when you are prompted in the app.
Go to the Survey tabs whenever you see a new survey indicator and fill any survey that is available to you.
