Thank you for reaching out to NFL Digital Care regarding our Draft outage, from 4 to 5:30pm Pacific time Sunday and impacting drafts slated to start at 4:30pm Pacific time Monday.
Firstly, for paid league drafts that were affected, NFL Fantasy has no intention or incentive to withhold a refund. We've refunded every case we've come across so far. If we missed your case, submit a request, and we will get to you, eventually.
We know how incredibly important drafting is for our fantasy fans; and we understand that this is the popular weekend to draft. We are sorry to have let you down. We identified the issue, isolated it, and are taking steps towards a more permanent fix. Draft experiences are now working without any issue. Here's where we are now:
• If you are were in an affected NFL-Managed league (a public, non-custom league), we deleted the league so that you can join more under your free league maximum. Here's the directory.
• Custom leagues whose drafts were affected have been rescheduled to Wednesday night. League Managers are also able to change the draft time themselves by going to the Draft section in the Manage tab. Let us know any questions. If you've already rescheduled, this message does not apply to you.
• Ultimate Experience Leagues that are not Custom Leagues - we have refunded everyone in the league and disbanded the league from the issue yesterday; we'll be doing so soon for the leagues affected today. Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to be reflected back into the account. Please note the refund may not always appear next to the charge in the statement.
Again, we apologize. We are passionate fantasy players ourselves, and we recognize how frustrating it can be to experience an outage at this time of year. The NFL Fantasy Team will continue to monitor the game closely throughout the season. We are committed to making NFL Fantasy the best place to play fantasy football.
